How do I return my purchase?

Important to know:

  • Personalized items are non-refundable 
  • You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return it to us.
  • The cost of returning the product will be assumed by us.
  • In case you return the same order twice, the return delivery fee will be assumed by the consumer.
  • Items must be in perfect, unused, and unwashed condition with all original tags still attached and intact.

  • Items must be inside the original shipping packaging.
  • Items must be returned from the same country where the order was delivered.
  • Please make sure to return items from different orders in separate parcels with the appropriate return label.
  • Upon reception of your package, we will verify and proceed to the reimbursement. It can take up to 10 business days to receive your reimbursement once proceeded, depending on your bank.

Steps to return your items: 

  1. Send us an email to hola@nidota.com with the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Your last name
    • Indicate that you would like a refund and the reason why
  2. Once the request has been validated, we will send you a return label. Please stick it on your envelope and pack the products, specifying the order number
  3. Drop off your package at any collection point close to you. Please keep proof of posting as well as the tracking number.

    For exchanges, please return the items following the ´How do I return my purchase?' instructions and then make a new purchase on our e-shop.
